Waves of Life...Finish Line! (Part 1)
I just finished my third year in open lake swimming. I have to admit it has taken that long for me to finally get used to the choppy waves that appear out of nowhere.
Happily Following
Switching from pool swimming to lake swimming (referred to as open water swimming) presents many challenges, the first being the ability to navigate oneself in a large body of water, commonly known as sighting.
An Inspiration
Since I have been back into swimming for four years now, I am truly inspired by senior adult swimmers.

Swimming in God's Pool
